I love drinking water, sailing on water, photographing water, learning about water, and sharing what I learn about water.  

On TikTok & Instagram, I enjoy following Water Sommelier, Martin Riese.  "Water is not just water." 

When looking for specific details about specific waters, I enjoy surfing Michael Mascha's website www.finewaters.com. Michael recently published a book called "FINE WATERS: A Connoisseur's Guide to the World of Premium Waters".

Speaking of books, I just read "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" (You're Not Sick; You're Thirsty. Don't Treat Thirst with Medication) by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.

Water Menus are growing in popularity, especially in, but not limited to, Michelin Star restaurants all around the world. Pairing specific waters with specific foods takes the dining experience to a whole new level.  O Lar do Leiton, in Spain, has over 150 waters on its Water Menu!
